Les Super Eagles défieront donc la Côte d’Ivoire en finale de la CAN 2023. Pour la petite histoire, le Nigeria a remporté la CAN à trois reprises, à savoir : en 1980, en 1994 et en 2013. La Côte d’Ivoire, de son côté, en a pris en 1992 et en 2015. Les deux sélections font alors cinq trophées et elles nous offrent une finale à cinq étoiles. Le rendez-vous de ce derby ouest-africain est prévu pour le dimanche 11 février 2024.
