Suite à la victoire 1-0 du Syli national sur la Gambie ce vendredi dans la CAN 2023, Aguibou Camara en profitait pour glisser à un tacle à l’équipe gambienne. Mais, le joueurs est revenu ces dernières heures présenter des excuses publiques au peuple gambien.
Vainqueur sur la Gambie lors de la deuxième journée du groupe C (1-0), la Guinée a relancé sa compétition en s’offrant la deuxième place de la poule. De ce fait, le Syli National s’approche un peu plus des huitièmes de finale de la CAN 2023. Et ce succès n’a pas empêché le milieu de terrain guinéen Aguibou Camara de tacler sévèrement les Scorpions en zone mixte après la rencontre.
« Ils sont nuls. Je vais dire ça, ils sont nuls. L’équipe gambienne est nulle. Ils n’ont fait que de défendre pendant 90 minutes. Leur entraîneur (Tom Saintfiet), qu’il ferme sa bouche et qu’il continue à donner des leçons à ses joueurs », a confié l’international guinéen. Mais sa conscience l’a amené à s’excuser.
Aguibou Camara fait acte de fair-play
Alors qu’i s’est rendu compte de l’ampleur de ses propos, Aguibou Camara s’est très vite excusé sur Instagram. Il a fait passer le message sur story: « Je tiens à m’excuser auprès de la Gambie suite à mes propos tenus à la fin du match. Le respect et le fair-play sont des valeurs sacrées de notre sport. », a-t-il écrit.
Espérons donc que les Gambiens le pardonnent.
