La Guinée-Bissau a effectué son deuxième ‘entraînement en terre ivoirienne. La séance a eu lieu dans la soirée de ce mardi 09 janvier 2024 à Abidjan. Ceci dans le cadre de la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations 2023.
En prélude à la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations, les Djurtus de la Guinée-Bissau continuent d’affûter leurs armes. À cet effet, Baciro Candé et ses protégés ont effectué leur deuxième séance d’entraînement ce mardi 09 janvier 2024. Cette dernière s’est déroulée dans leur centre d’entraînement à Abidjan.
D’après la vidéo de la séance, cette partie a été consacré à plusieurs exercices. On note entre autres les travaux de coordination, de conservation de balles ainsi que la mise en place du système tactique. Les Djurtus auront droit à deux ou trois séances d’entraînements avant leur entrée en lice le samedi 13 janvier 2024. Ceci face au pays hôte, la Côte d’Ivoire.
Une journée du lundi 08 janvier 2024 chargée
Vingt-quatre heures avant cette séance d’entraînement, Mama Balde et ses coéquipiers ont pris par à la salle de Gymnase. Ceci avec des exercices de récupérations. Ensuite, une séance de photo a été organisée avec les joueurs à l’issue du déjeuner. Dans la soirée de ce 08 janvier 2024, les Djurtus ont effectué leur première séance d’entraînement.
