Une grosse perte qui affaiblit forcément le groupe ivoirien mais pas au point de le déstabiliser. « On a un groupe de 27 joueurs. On est tous ensemble et si on veut aller chercher la coupe, il faut qu’on y aille tous ensemble », a fait savoir Emerse Faé en conférence de presse, tout en mettant en avant la solidarité du groupe.
« On sait qu’on ne pourra pas compter sur nos absents mais ils vont apporter de la force aux autres. C’est vrai qu’il est difficile de faire sans des absents mais il faut cette solidarité qui permet aux uns et aux autres de se serrer les coudes », a-t-il ajouté.
